Species Profile
Although sometimes captured at higher elevations, NYMA likely spends much of its time at lower elevations (Milner et al. 1990), and the spotty records from Colorado suggest it could overlap with some rangelands. Until a closer association is demonstrated in Colorado I have assumed grazing will not be detrimental to Colorado populations of NYMA.
