Species Profile
Little is known about the habitat affinities of M. yumanensis. Anecdotal accounts suggest it can be found in arid grasslands/canyonlands. It is found in western and southeastern CO. Threats from grazing activity are unlikely, but given the scale of grazing operations over the range of M. yumanensis, it is possible that there is a low level indirect impact.
