Species Profile
This species is not often associated with urban areas in Colorado (public health records) although it has been documented to utilize human-made roosts, such as abandoned ranch buildings (Fitzgerald et al 1994). It is usually found in coniforous forests at moderate elevations in CO, it's range overlapping little with major urban areas in the state (Fitzgerald et al. 1994).
